Sydnical is an educational paper trading platform. It allows you to practice investing with virtual (fake) money using real market prices. No real money is involved at any point. Sydnical does not execute real trades, hold real securities, or manage real funds on your behalf.
Nothing on Sydnical constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. The AI Coach feature provides educational feedback on simulated trades for learning purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any real investment decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All trades on Sydnical are simulated. Virtual portfolios use real market prices sourced from third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance) but do not represent real financial positions. Simulated performance does not guarantee or predict future real-world results.
Leaderboard rankings are based on simulated performance and discipline scores. Your display name and simulated performance may be visible to other users. You can change your display name at any time. Do not use offensive or misleading display names.
All content, code, design, and branding on Sydnical is owned by Sydnical or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Sydnical is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on the AI Coach's feedback or simulated performance data.
Your use of Sydnical is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service (email, display name, simulated trade history).
Sydnical may recommend third-party brokers when you are ready to invest with real money. These are suggestions, not endorsements. We may receive referral compensation from partner brokers. You are solely responsible for any decisions made with real brokers.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sydnical after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your simulated portfolio data may be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
